Litigation Finance
While not technically legal employment, what are people's thoughts on this growing area. I know it wasn't well received a few years back, but it seems to be growing, more and more companies/firms are teaming up with them, and the folks seem to be returning quite a profit. Anyone know anyone working at Gerchen, Burford, etc ?
