Practice interviews ... with whom?
I've seen a lot of posts recommending doing practice interviews before OCI. Other than OCS, who should we turn to for help? I would prefer to mock with someone who has real experiences interviewing people. Is it proper to ask alumni at law firms for mock interviews? Seems a bit weird..

Your OCS likely has people with interviewing experience (and likely have done plenty of mock interviews as well).

Why not just ask OCS to arrange for additional practice interviews for you?
If you ask any counselor enough times, they will make it happen for you.
If they still don't, email them and cc the Dean of Career Services...
"Dear [OCS counselor's first name],
As discussed, I'm still not comfortable with my interviewing ability and would really appreciate an opportunity to conduct additional practice interviews with attorneys with real interviewing experience.
Can you please arrange for additional practice interviews for me or else put me in touch with alumni who may be willing to meet with me to provide interviewing advice?
I really appreciate any help you can provide. I will follow up [around this time] in case this email slips through the cracks.
Best regards,

When people talk about going to OCS, I think it's for OCS to arrange to have alumni come do mock interviews with you, not just going through them with the OCS employees (which is decent practice but I understand why it would feel less representative of reality).

OP here.
Thanks for all the responses. My school actually has a alumni mock interview program, but each student only got one interview. I've used up my chance but found it very helpful.

OP,
My whole point was that, in addition to formal interview programs that schools arrange for everyone, OCS can also arrange for additional interviews on a case-by-case basis. They will do it if you ask them enough times. Even if they resist, you can pressure them into arranging it for you. See my post above.
In general, you might not get everything you ask for, but you certainly won't get what you never ask for.
