Did anyone have CB with A&O yesterday? What's the turnaround like for offers?

Recruiting explicitly told me no same-day offers anymore. I got a next-day offer.

Book out a bunch of time since it's common to wait ~15 mins in between interviews. Interviews were generally really long conversations with older partners -- pretty unstructured. Partners there love to talk about why Cravath is unique from other firms, so good to ask about it and spin their answer into why you are a good fit for the firm.
They gave on the spot offers last year but obviously not all offers go this way so I wouldn't worry too much if you don't get one.
A follow-up question: does Cravath provide the interviewer schedule in advance? Am I expected to research the interviewers?

That's rough. Are they trying to run the time on standing offers to increase yield?
