GPA drop from 3.2X to 3.1X (with C-) after 3L, offer revoked?

Is my offer at a V50 biglaw firm going to get pulled? 3.3 is median. I had a 3.2X when they hired me. Rocky summer with some negative feedback. Got a C- 3L fall. At a firm that raised to 180 but, by their recent PPP, will take a big hit to pay for it.
