Hey guys, whats the consensus about how to schedule callbacks? Is it okay to schedule them the week of the 15th, or do we want to do them earlier?

Also, if the callback goes to voicemail and tells you to contact recruiting to schedule it, how long is it acceptable to wait before calling to schedule?

I think it's smart to schedule them ASAP, especially in the current environment where everyone is getting hired earlier. That said the week of the 15th is fine if that's what works for you. Just don't do it because you want to schedule a vacation or something next week.

Hospitality suites are worth visiting solely for getting another screener right? Like if you already have a screener at a firm, going to a hospitality suite won't be the difference between getting a callback and not getting one?

Does the callback timeline depend mostly on the firm or interviewer?

If I'm seeing people get callbacks from a different interviewer at the same firm I interviewed at is that a bad sign?
