law clerk vs judicial assistant

Do judicial assistant or secretary carry the same amount of prestige as law clerks? Assuming they all work for a us district court judge.

No. It's an administrative role that doesn't involve legal research and writing.

And they also don't have JDs.

Also you should probably consider something about a job other than its prestige.

Obviously not (come on, seriously?), but those are permanent positions with cushy federal benefits.
