Getting Work After Switching Firms/Lateraling
Curious to hear any tips regarding how to get billable work after lateraling to a different firm in a free market system. Can anyone with success/knowledge in this area comment? Thanks

Have you lateraled yet? The laterals I know are all immediately being worked to death.
