size of da's office

When determining prestige of district attorneys office, does size matter as much as location of district? If so, how many attorneys would make it big? 50? 100? 200?

I think both factors are related. Prestigious offices are prestigious because of their location, which is usually metropolitan areas, which usually means bigger size.

I think you know the answer to that question. 20 adas isn't a relatively large DA's office. Prestige of an ADA position/DA's office is really dependent on a lot of factors. Personally, an ADA position in a smaller/more rural office who handles jury trials and more serious offenses is more prestigious than an ADA in Manhattan only doing prelims. It's all relative.

For that matter, I know of smaller DA's offices that pay higher than metropolitan DA's offices.
