Just say your school uses W for Winner.
I don't think it's that big of a deal. If someone asks, you can say that you had some family emergency, so you opted to withdraw.

Like the poster above. It's going to be dependent on your explanation. "I was stressed out during 1L" will likely elicit little sympathy.
Example: the girl in my section who took second semester exams while 8 months pregnant might accept a family emergency as an explanation, but would laugh in your face for any other excuse
