Hey TLS,
I will be summering in a 1L patent litigation program in a V50 firm. I have a background in engineering.
I know very little about patents (only the basics), and even less about the specifics of patent litigation (barely know what markman hearings, ITC, IPR are).
To those who did patent litigation SAs, or who work in patent litigation: what resources (i.e. books) do you recommend I read before I begin my summer?
Thanks!

Annotated Patent Digest in Westlaw is a great primer on basic topics if you get a patent-related research assignment
