Tech Transactions
I am wondering what tech transactional work is like, especially for first to fourth year associates. What are the good (don't need to be the best or big) firms for this in the SF bay area? I am a 0L with patent prosecution experience, choosing between Harvard and a few lower T-10s. Thanks for any input!
