Legal Assistant
I have interviewed at several top law firms for legal assistant positions. I recently interview for a litigation legal assistant and was invited back for a second interview. The first round went very well. The second round was okay. I interviewed with a lawyer, a case manager, and a legal assistant. My interview with the lawyer went very well, but the next two interviews were okay. Overall, I do not think that I will get an offer. Can anyone advise me as to how the hiring process at these firms? Does a lawyer's opinion carry more weight than a legal assistant? Thanks!
