S&C
Does anyone know about S&C's reputation in Asia? I know the offices are much smaller and the practice areas are not as highly ranked on Chambers as the domestic offices. I'd greatly appreciate any insight on the quality of S&C's Asia practice and whether it would be worth it to choose them over lower-ranked firms in the US. Thanks!

Re: S&C
Do you want to practice in the U.S., or in Asia? That's a big factor here.
I'm not particularly knowledgeable about SullCrom's Asia practice, but I can tell you that S&C is the best of the best. You can't go wrong with SullCrom. Congrats on having such a great opportunity!

I used to work in their NYC office as an associate. I can't speak to their Asia practice specifically but I've seen a fair number of transfers from there to the NYC office so that's something worth considering as an exit option if you don't like it there. Especially since S&C has an incredibly strong U.S. practice.Anonymous User wrote:Does anyone know about S&C's reputation in Asia? Biglaw1990 I moved your post to the Ask a Law Student/Graduate forum to keep the topic on track for the OP.
