LatAm corporate exit op?
What are generally the exit options for Cleary/STB/S&C/DPW LatAm corporate associates (cap markets and M&A)?

Seriously interested in this as well. This is probably the group I will end up with at my firm, although it's not V10 so I'm not sure how that affects things. From what I've heard (and seen via LinkedIn stalking), exit opps tend to be what you'd get if you were in the standard M&A group - but more likely to be in the international offices/headquarters.

Heading to a firm with a cross-border transactions/Latin American investment group as well. Does anyone know what type of exit options that leads to?

Re: LatAm corporate exit op?
Exit options are going to be pretty similar to what the exit options are for domestic corporate practices.. with a shift towards LatAm clients as those are the people you'll be interacting with on a daily basis. Were you referring to legal or non-legal exit options?
Project Finance --> Development organization, infrastructure investment, credit fund, NGO, real estate developer..
M&A --> Broadest exit options.. multinational corps/banks/funds.
Securities/Cap Markets --> Banks. Again, if you're doing DCM then possibly a credit fund

One of the anons from above. I was curious about legal exit options - so your description really helps. I'll be in M&A so I guess that's good news re: exit options
