Naw just email recruiting contacts at firms that have strong practices in the field. Or better yet, ask your contacts at firms if they can pass your resume along. But I don't think you'll have a lot of good options with less than two years of experience, although I do know someone who lateraled with less than that. Better to wait until you have 4 or 5 years at the agency.
