Transitioning from BigLaw to Capitol Hill?

Post by Anonymous User » Wed Feb 24, 2016 5:18 pm

I will keep this short. I am close to completing my second year at a 'Big' firm as an attorney working in its business department. Some quick background on me - My UG degrees are in Economics and Finance, I have interned for (2) US Senators during UG and worked an entry level job for home states governor before going to law school. I attended a T25 law school.

I am ready to move on from private practice and would like to focus on what really interests me. Does anyone have any advice on how to get interviews or connected with jobs on the Hill? Any advice is much appreciated.
