T 25 school with about a 40% BL/FC rate. Grades first semester = 3.51 GPA putting me in about the top 15%-20% of my class (assuming top 10% is a 3.6).
Any advice?

1) Keep grades up. Most important
2) Do a ton of networking with the firms that take a lot of people from your school. Probably best to target the V100

learn how to interview. follow the V15 interview thread on here (read from start to end). find your story and tell it well. interviewing is a dance that surprisingly, schools outside the T14 do a terrible job prepping kids for.
