Army JAG v. FBI Honors Program

Post by Roclandsfinest23 » Mon Feb 22, 2016 12:08 pm

Got offered summer positions for both. Not really sure what I want to do after graduation. Any advice on which one will be more beneficial in the job hunt

At this point iv done a ton of research on JAG and am leaning towards that but I like the idea of becoming a special agent for the FBI.

Any advice or input is greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

Do you want to be a lawyer or not? JAG will provide you with legal experience, and FBI Honors will not (unless you're talking about FBI OGC).

Special agent after JAG? I know the FBI likes prior officers. Army will have more client contact.

*biased towards Army*

Congratulations on your selection for both!

Yes I do want to be a lawyer. The email I received from the FBI stated that I would be doing hands on legal work.
