Citi Compliance Associate
Does anyone have a clue of the range of salary for this sort of position in NYC?

Depends. I started as a BSA Compliance Specialist at $12/hr at a small bank just out of college. Admittedly I was underpaid though, should have probably made at least $35-40k. A friend who works at a different bank is almost 35 years old, so a good way into her career, and makes $60k. My boss at my last job was Compliance Officer and had a JD from Drake in Iowa, she made six figures. Not sure exactly how much. This looks to be about right. I know compliance jobs in NYC for big banks in general start at low six figures...salary is pretty decent. The position is a 2 year rotation through various compliance divisions.
Starting salary in 2015 was 95k + (7-20% bonus depending on performance).
After 2 years, everyone in the class is promoted to "Vice President" of whatever division they choose/put you in. It's kind of a fancy title as there's obviously multiple VPs but I imagine the salary is pretty decent.
My friend works 9-6 M-F.
