And my interviewer grilled me about them. Did I screw up my chances?

Like 2 of my jobs were shifted over by one year.

If the interviewer called you out then yeah, I wouldn't hold my breath. Likely ding for lack of attention to detail

Yup sadly I sent it out to a bunch of other places too. Do I alert them to it and send a revised resume?

Don't do anything until you get an interview. Then just send through an updated resume.
