Are lawyers/law students liars and drama queens?

Post by Anonymous User » Tue Feb 02, 2016 8:49 pm

Since law school started, I have been in a cultural shock.

In my law school, 1) students are generally big liars (they never acknowledge what they said or did, if that is negative. They know that people do not record the conversation and videotape their behavior, so they think there is no evidence and deny most things. (Sounds like they are a trial lawyer, though)

2) their imaginations are crazy enough to qualify as delusions (Ex. noticing X and filling up the blank with A,C,E, T, X,Y,Z and creating a whole new story) and

3) chew their friends all the time (Ex. always in a gossiping mode) but hyper sensitive about what other people think/say about them. (talk about hypocrisy)

Before jumping to a conclusion, is this a typical lawyer/law student? Or is this only my school? What do you think?

I thought it had to be Chicago given their history of screwing over their classmates.
