Carlson Caspers CRUSHES the MN market. They pay first years $140k. Raises after that are blackbox, but junior associates ive spoken to have told me they've received 20k or so in raises. Plus, these guys actually litigate if that is something you are interested.

Keep in mind, even worse than the $120k market for first years in MN is the shitty raises. Those salaries are so fucking compressed and bonuses are fucking shitty. imagine being a 5th year in MN making 150k or so after bonuses or being in NYC (or any cravath scale place) making 340k after bonuses.
