These types of firms tend to be very bonus heavy with compensation. Base is close to biglaw, but firms like Susman can give out $100k bonuses to junior associates. Short partner track too.

I have heard that LCHB and Cohen both start closer to 115/120 base. I suspect ECBA is slightly lower. Susman Godfrey is far higher--their base is above biglaw.
