As a current midlevel v5 associate who has failed at this multiple times let me tell you practice is very important. Nothing is more valuable then running thorough cases with people. In addition to the below I would get grab and run through case guides from bschools. I believe though some Googling you can get some from Wharton, Columbia, Sloan, Fuqua, Kellogg, Booth and Yale, among others. Good luck.
