Anyone know what people typically do after their 4-year stint at the criminal division through the Honors Program? DOJ lifers? USAO? Firms?

All of the above, I think, although you might want more experience before jumping ship to a firm (you'll be like a mid level/senior associate who has no actual firm experience, which I think would be weird).
