C&F Question

Post by Anonymous User » Mon Nov 16, 2015 10:25 am

Hey guys, I am a current 2L, so I still have a little bit until I take the Bar. From research and reading this forum, I've learned some about the C&F section of the Bar. I have no issues with that, as I've never had any legal or disciplinary issues besides your run of the mill traffic ticket. However, my second semester of 1L year an immediate family member was arrested, was convicted, and is currently awaiting sentencing for two counts of federal crimes. From my understanding C&F is about me and my past, but will there be any duty for me to disclose his/her legal issues, and if so, will it hurt me in any way?

I'm assuming it won't, I can't see why it would, but I was just wondering if anyone had heard anything different.
