Advice Needed- Working Interview for Boutique Firm

I have a working interview for a boutique size Worker's Comp defense firm in Southern California next week, and I am a little unsure of what to expect. I have never done a working interview before, and although I have an idea of how it is going to proceed, I would love to hear any advice or other experiences with this type of interview.

I have experience in the area of worker's compensation (I investigated claims for several years) and I also have some good courtroom/arbitration experience, although not as a practicing attorney. Outside of law school, I have drafted very few legal documents (motions, briefs, discovery request, etc.).

The hiring attorney stated that I would be asked to review subpoena records and prepare a record of appearance, as well as other projects.

What other types of projects can I expect and what is the best way to prepare for such an interview?
