No STEM degree, but IP firms want to interview me. Strategy?

Interviews obtained via mass mailing.

What should I say? STEM degree needed for Patent Prosecution, but not nonProsecution Patent Lit?
Focus on the softIP they do (some say they do "complex commercial lit").

focus on lit and transactional stuff - no need to dwell on lack of stem degree in the interview. in fact, don't bring it up if you're not asked about it.
