Sidley Austin on when to email candidates
Is it a diversity/disability form that would need to be printed and scanned in to be filled out because online forms are too easy? --> email candidate, even if they have already gotten this form several times before
Is this a rejection letter? --> no, we don't send those, closure is for the weak

I got those, just replied and X'ed off and bolded the appropriate spaces in the original email, and notated to see below. Don't think that should be a problem, especially as they are voluntary.

I'm tempted to respond "unsubscribe" to these emails.

Anyone else surprised at some of the things they had classified as "disabilities"? Or is that standard for these forms?

Pretty sure OP is referring to the fact that Sidleg sent these out YESTERDAY to seemingly everyone who ever bid on them. I bid on Sidley for my early August OCI and did not get a screener, so if I got this thing, everyone else did too. Keep on keepin on, Sidley.

Yes they have to send them out (once)
They could also consider sending out rejection letters sometimes
