Phone offer, but no email
I got an SA offer from a firm over the phone, and even congrats emails from some interviewers, but didn't get an email with the offer. What's normal?

The firm will probably send a more formal offer--by email, regular mail, or both--sometime during the next week or so. It took my firm three weeks to send me a paper copy of the offer. I actually had accepted before the official letter came. Don't worry, the offer (probably) wasn't just a dream.
