Mental / Emotional Issues
What is the proper way to address mental / emotional stability issues as an attorney? Is the ethical answer to take a leave of absence until you're recovered? Or just keep trucking along?

Re: Mental / Emotional Issues
It would depend on how much the issues are affecting your work. It would be much better to take a leave voluntarily than to screw something up badly and risk getting fired/losing your license. Get treatment, and good luck. (Also ask your provider what they think?)
