Perkins Coie Salary

Post by Anonymous User » Wed Sep 23, 2015 12:09 am

Does anyone know if Perkins Coie is lockstep for base salary?

Found conflicting information on NALP: for Seattle it's not 100% lockstep, but for SF it is.

Can someone clarify? :(

I don't see a conflict.

Seattle is not a primarily lockstep or 160k market, with the exception of a few satellite offices (particularly the techie firms), but even those might follow a different lockstep scale. AFAIK, PC tends to be a market leader (125) among the NW-based firms.

So yeah, no conflict.

Anno above. Does this mean it could be lockstep in one office but not the other? Seems weird ... is this because firm wants to compete with other law firms in the area? Thanks!
