I keep going through the same thing at CBs: (seemingly) knock it out of the park with the associates and one partner, then I have what feels like a bleh interview with the other partner. Is there a chance that this is enough? I've got a lot of silence at this point...

Same question-if you have 5 or 6 interviews and one isn't as great as the others, can you assume no offer?

At my firm (V20), all of the interviewers need to recommend the candidate. The scale is from 1-4 and you need a 3-4 from everyone. Not sure if this is different from other firms.
