Not yet decided on lit/corp. Give me all you've got on these two firms and why I should or shouldn't pick one of them.
What I've been thinking about:
• Cubicles at PH
• Large class size at Shearman (60ish) versus medium at PH (30ish)
• Supposed good "culture" at PH based on Vault, AmLaw rankings (rigged? maybe not?)
• Exit options at each - is one better than the other in this regard?
Thanks!

Re: Shearman NY v. Paul Hastings NY
Without more info about the practice area you are interested in, the nature of work you want to do, and so forth, it's difficult to give you any meaningful suggestion. For M&A, project finance, capital markets, litigation, Shearman is better. For real estate, Paul Hastings is better. You know this already, but resources for comparing firms' reputation in different practice areas are Chambers & Partners and Vault practice area rankings. In terms of culture, I really think it's just up to you. Attend offer dinners and visit those firms again to compare culture.
