NY State Government Agency Residency Requirement?

Post by Anonymous User » Tue Sep 01, 2015 11:45 pm

Do New York State agencies (not prosecutor or AG) have residency requirements for attorneys? I'm doing one of the state fellowship programs and while I've lived in NY my entire life (including the past year during which I went through the application and appointment process), I just moved to New Jersey. Didn't even think of this as a possible problem until just now. Anyone out there with some knowledge?
