Just recently had my callback with them. Liked the firm and the people. I know that they seem to take their time to respond, so I'm not holding my breath on a response soon.

For those who got offers, can you describe the interviews, what you discussed with the partners, etc? I know someone who has a cb coming up and would like some advice.

It was a typical CB. Express interest in the firm but nothing behavioral. Good luck!

OP from the initial message. I had a cb with them and was rejected (it's okay, I have another offer), and it seemed to me that they had some kind of interest that they want to see in interviewees, given how small the firm is.
