Is there a lunch after morning interview / dinner after an afternoon interview?

Interviewed on a Friday and heard early the following week. No lunch or dinner.

I had a lunch after a morning interview. Got rejected 4 business days later.

Had an afternoon interview last Monday. No lunch or dinner. Still haven't heard.
