I have my first callback tomorrow, followed by a few others next week and am wondering how different my preparation for it should be. I've been told that if you make it beyond the screener it means you fit the credentials, so the callback is more them trying to decide if they'd want to hang out with you 24/7. Is this the experience everyone else has had or no?
Also, has anyone ever had a video chat callback? I'm doing a call-back with a medium sized firm in Colorado next week and I'm just wondering what to expect on that front.
Thanks.

Re: Prep for Callback Interviews v. Screeners
I had a video screener once. It was a little awkward because there was a little lag in the feed and sometimes it wasn't all that clear the other person was done talking. There were a couple times where we both started talking at the same time. Otherwise, it isn't that different.
