Split 50/50 between corp. and lit. It's my understanding that Cahill is better for corporate work in NYC, but Kaye Scholer is better for litigation.
Does anyone have any information on these firms that can help me decide between the two?
Thanks in advance.

Had a good friend that worked at Kaye Scholer and he actually enjoyed it. but from what I understand they let a lot of ppl go a couple years ago. But maybe their finances have improved.
