Question regarding post-call back process, in firm
Just finished a couple call backs and am curious about how firms handle the evaluation of the interviews. Obviously, making an impression w/ a partner is going to take you further than making an impression with a first year associate. That being said, how does the process play out? Do the junior/midlevel associates we meet with or have lunch with get much of a say? Or does it really come down to a thumbs up or thumbs down from the partner who you interview with?
