Anyone have any insights here? CB scheduled, but don't know anyone that has worked there or has any experience w/ the firm.

Might be smart to reach out to alumni or 3Ls that summered there before resorting to TLS.

Really nice people, I enjoyed my interviews with them. But I would be wary of them. They are not a 100% offer firm. I knew a couple ppl that got no offered there and they're normal hard working ppl.

Also, I think they do pretty niche transactional work - like solely certain types of bond offerings. Which can be either good or bad depending on what you want.
