I know they've made callbacks to both their DC and NY offices and are trying to have people come in this coming week

Word is that Proskauer had multiple no-offers this year. I'd tread carefully.

Callback or screener?
This is also the first time I've heard about the no-offers. Good to know.

I was in the NY office this past summer. I have not heard any talk whatsoever of no-offers. I am very skeptical there were no-offers here, as this office is traditionally 100% offer and everyone I've spoken to has a permanent offer (Proskauer even gave permanent offers to the 1Ls this year).
Of course, I can't speak for other offices and Proskauer wasn't 100% offer last year at some of the satellites.

I can support this 100%. Chicago, Boston and DC were all 100% too. I don't know for sure about LA, but would be surprised if that was not accurate. And yes, the 1Ls were also offered 100%... so unless there is some actual data or source to suggest it was not 100% I don't buy it.

keep in mind cold offers are *technically* permanent offers

Do you personally know of an inordinate number of cold offers or are you just trolling?

NY offer w/in two days of one of their super days last week. May move faster if you interview on a super day.

what's a super day? had a very regular cb last week (interviews+reception). I don't feel anything super about it, so it's probably not a super day?

Not sure if this should be posted here. I got a screener with Proskauer Boston coming up (outside of OCI/EIP). Is there anything in particular I should prepare for? any major differences from the NY office?

i think my cb was on a "super" day, but i think that just means there were a shitload of people in that day to interview, and there was a reception afterwards. mine was last tuesday and still haven't heard back, so I'm not too hopeful-- although it doesn't seem like many have heard yet?
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
