Had a CB last Monday (8/10) at the NY office. Anyone know what the timeline typically is for hearing back this season?

Might not be applicable. But Chicago CB --> Offer happened on the same day. Again, thats just one person, and in Chicago. Hope is not lost until the ding. Good luck!

I did JD New York CB on 8/6 and has been dead silence since.

And one of the partners seemed very hostile and difficult to talk to.

Had my CB in the morning 8/14, offer around 6 PM by phone later in the day. NYC.

No. I know of someone who waited 3+ weeks before getting an offer

Does anyone have experience getting reimbursed for a CB with Jones Day? I got a CB through OCI, had to drive 3 hours to the office (the recruiter never said anything about travel or hotel accommodations). Luckily I was able to stay overnight with a friend, but nothing was ever said about travel reimbursement. I sent the recruiter an email thanking her for scheduling the interview and asking about the firm's policy for mileage reimbursement. Radio silence. Didn't even get a free lunch.
