URGENT QUESTION ABOUT VOICEMAILS
I have been letting all phone calls from unknown numbers go to voicemail, and a few of my screeners left voicemails offering me callbacks. Do I call them back to thank them? Or should I email them? They just said that a recruiting manager will be contacting me to schedule the callback.

1) Chill
2) No. Calling or emailing back is unnecessary and just produces more opportunities for you to accidentally screw up. Just wait for the recruiting email.

My career counselor said it's a nice "touch" to call them just to say thanks and that I am looking forward to hearing from the recruiting manager. Thoughts?

Are you guys serious? What would a normal human in the real world do?
Call them back (don't worry, unlikely they answer) or email them expressing your interest.

Butt dialed a CB after talking with them on the phone a few days previously. Dreading her calling me back...
