Callback percentages?

Post by Anonymous User » Thu Aug 06, 2015 10:08 pm

Just how much does your chance at an offer go up if you get a call back after a screener? I know not every firm is the same so an exact accurate number is impossible. Just trying to make sense of the odds...

I'm not sure how much this will help, but here's a callback to offer spreadsheet myself and a bunch of other Chicago students used last year:

Note that at some firms, i.e. Sullivan & Cromwell, getting a callback essentially means you will get an offer, while at others it's less than even a 50/50 chance.
