I've noticed some jobs at mid sized law firms popping up on symplicity. As expected the pay is significantly less than for big law SA's (1500-2000/week). However, I'm not above anything at this point. The only hesitation I have is that, because these firms aren't NALP firms, they will have no incentive to keep their offer open through OCI. Should I just apply to keep my options open? And if they give me an offer with a short deadline I just decline?
Thanks for the advice

Well, seeing as you don't have anything in stone, I wouldn't worry about having to accept or reject an early offer until you get one. In the meantime, you could be missing out on jobs by waiting.
Not a difficult choice IMO.

Fair enough. I guess I was just wondering if there was any strategy to waiting a couple weeks, but I'll go ahead and apply.
