Conversion rates on diversity fairs?

I go to a 100% preselect tier 1 school. I didn't do well there but I got a good number of preselect interviews at diversity fairs. Do people actually get jobs from these fairs?

FWIW, a classmate of mine had 2 screeners --> 2 CBs --> 2 offers out of a diversity fair last summer.

At the Bay Area one I got 2 screeners, one CB and one offer. T20.
