Mock interview
school set up a mock interview for today with a firm I actually want to work for at their office. Do I just act like its a real interview? Ask them if I should sign up for OCI With them?

Re: Mock interview
Absolutely act like it's a real interview and wow the pants of the interviewer. At the end when you are getting feedback and having a more informal conversation drop that the firm is coming to OCI and you hope to interview with them. That's what I would do at least.

Re: Mock interview
People at GULC have definitely done this as a backdoor to callbacks.Anonymous User wrote:school set up a mock interview for today with a firm I actually want to work for at their office. Do I just act like its a real interview? Ask them if I should sign up for OCI With them?
Edit: also agreed with above, let them know you are excited to interview with them on campus. I would definitely not ask whether you should bid on them, they'll get the hint and if they like you will try to get you pushed through.

Treat it like the real deal and you may get a callback out of it. Good luck!!!
