Purpose of bidding when entirely preselect

Post by ezjojo30 » Mon Jul 13, 2015 7:04 pm

I don't know if I am missing something here but what is the point of bidding firms 1 through x if a school is entirely preselect and they say that the firms will not be able to see where you bid them? Possibly just for scheduling purposes?
