If you're writing the cover letter in the actual email address, do you still put:
Your Address
Blah Blah
Recruiter Name
Firm
Address
Blah
Dear Mr./Ms.
Or can you just start with "Dear Mr./Ms"

If you are just making the email the "cover letter", just format like a normal email. Just start with Dear so and so.
